Action Cancer welcomes all feedback.  Positive feedback is an indication that we are doing things right.  If, however, you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, we’d like to hear about it.  We appreciate the opportunity this feedback gives us to learn and improve, and help us in the pursuit of delivering excellence.

Our aim is to respond to your complaint within 7 working days.  If we need to investigate further, we’ll let you know we’ve received your complaint and how long it will take to resolve. 

We promise to:

  • Investigate complaints thoroughly and fairly and find out the facts of the concern, avoiding unnecessary delay.
  • Respond to complaints fairly and in a way that is in proportion to the concern.
  • Treat complaints seriously, sensitively and with discretion and understanding.
