Action Cancer is organising our annual 'Summer Day at the Races' to be held at the Down Royal on Friday 29 August 2008.

This will be a unique opportunity for local businesses to entertain clients and at the same time help raise funds to enable Action Cancer to save lives and support people affected by cancer.

Those attending will enjoy a first class day of racing with good company and fantastic food in excellent surroundings.

Last years event sold out and raised £100,000 for Action Cancer so book early to avoid disappointment.

Action Cancer will be hosting guests in a private marquee and a sumptuous three course dinner with wine will be served before the races begin. The event shall have a focus on the ladies as there will be a substantial prize for the best-dressed lady.
