Action Cancer’s pre-loved items are a collection of fantastic and unique one off donated items that have previously been owned and generously donated to Action Cancer by our supporters. This item is then photographed and a description given on our online store.

All payments for goods in our online store are carried out via PayPal.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours then please contact [email protected] to assist with your query.

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 for every order placed. If you wish to order and have your item delivered to mainland Europe, the Republic of Ireland or ay BFPO address please email [email protected] before you place your order as the cost for delivery may be higher.

If an Action Cancer branded product item is out of stock we cannot guarantee that it will be back in stock again. If there is an item that you are particularly interested in purchasing that is out of stock please email [email protected]  and we would be happy to give more precise information on when the item will be back in stock.

 Once are pre-loved items are out of stock they will not be replenished, our pre-loved collection items are unique one off items and once they are gone unfortunately they really are gone.

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all items purchased through Action Cancer’s online store, this includes Action Cancer pre-loved items and Action Cancer branded items - excluding any item that is personalised - so you can be safe in the knowledge that you can return your item. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please complete the returns slip and return your item within 14 days of the date on your order acknowledgement note to:

Send your items via a reliable postal service. The cost of returning your items to us is your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 30 days via original payment method. Refunds are unable to be processed until the item purchased has been returned to Action Cancer, for any queries please email [email protected] .

If you have purchased a pre-loved item from our Action Cancer Online Store and it is faulty or damaged – and this was not described in the listing – please return it to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issues for you.

If you have purchased an Action Cancer branded item and it is faulty or damaged please return it to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days via original payment method.

If after you have ordered your item you would like to cancel your order has not been dispatched – items will be dispatched within 48 hours - please email [email protected]  with your order number and we can cancel or amend your order.

If you would like to cancel or change your order after you have received your item please follow the refund procedure by returning your item to Action Cancer within 14 days.

We aim to process all of our orders as we receive them and have your purchase delivered to you within 5-10 working days (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

Our Action Cancer branded items can be exchanged to different sizes, if the item arrives and doesn’t fit it can be returned and a different size sent out.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges with our Pre-loved items as they are unique one off items. If your item arrives and it is the wrong size you can return it and be given a full refund on your purchase.
