Just One Thing

01 January 2018

Are you part of a Northern Ireland sporting club or society?

Will your club or society do Just One Thing to support Action Cancer? We are Northern Ireland's leading local cancer charity working to save lives and support people affected by cancer in Northern Ireland. Every penny raised benefits people locally.

Do Just ONE Thing

  • Host a BBQ, disco or quiz night
  • Host a coffee morning
  • Hold a bucket collection
  • Organise a friendly match or mixed tournament
  • Get creative and hold your own fundraising event!

Recent international research confirmed the increased risk of 11 types of cancer linked to being overweight. So, put simply, if you exercise and add on a bit of fundraising that equals something that's good for you and for others!
