Research & Evaluation

Action Cancer is involved in both research and evaluation.

Research:

Action Cancer not only fund local research carried out in the universities, but we are also directly involved in research projects in collaboration with the universities.

Evaluation of services:

As an organisation, funded through charitable donations, Action Cancer must ensure that the services we provide meet the needs of the community and are provided at the highest possible standards.  Therefore, all services at Action Cancer are evaluated to ensure services not only meet the needs of the community but also to ensure the services are effective. 

Placement/Project opportunities:

Throughout the year Action Cancer provide students the opportunity to gain work experience through placement opportunities.  There are also opportunities to develop student projects for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
